The software will manage the warehouse stock, in fact on the day of unloading you can print blank unloading lists which allow you to check what is delivered.
After easy entry (a few mouse clicks) we can highlight the anomalies:
PARCEL ABSENT PARCEL FROM ANOTHER PACKING LIST PARCEL WITH DIFFERENT QUANTITY THAN PROVIDED IN THE PACKING LIST
The printouts allow you to control your delivery, the stock is updated.
